We are building a generative AI–powered Clinical Data Intelligence Platform that helps pharmaceutical companies and research institutions complete FDA submissions more efficiently, compliantly, and intelligently. Our platform automates the processing of real-world and clinical trial data.

UI/UX Designer

Data-intensive enterprise UX + AI interaction design + compliance-aware workflows

This is a unique opportunity to design at the intersection of AI × Healthcare × Enterprise systems — where usability and compliance are equally critical.
Job Description
• Transform user research, workflows, and requirements into clear wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Design and maintain the TriClick user experience across modules (generation, review, compliance)
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma for usability testing and engineering handoff
• Build and evolve a scalable design system and visual style guide
• Partner directly with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation
• Iterate rapidly based on client demos, feedback loops, and user analytics
• Balance regulatory constraints, traceability, and enterprise data structures with elegant UI design
• Design intuitive data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, hierarchies, workflow screens) for expert users
Qualifications
Required
• 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience (enterprise SaaS preferred)
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent prototyping tools
• Strong command of information architecture, hierarchy, and visual clarity
• Experience conducting usability studies and communicating findings
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with product, engineering, and domain teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
• Background in health tech, pharma, or clinical trial workflows
• Experience building/maintaining design systems at scale
• Familiarity with AI product UX (e.g., prompt interfaces, agent visibility, confidence/traceability design)
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Understanding of accessibility and internationalization standards
