Company Overview
We are building a generative AI–powered Clinical Data Intelligence Platform that helps pharmaceutical companies and research institutions complete FDA submissions more efficiently, compliantly, and intelligently. Our platform automates the processing of real-world and clinical trial data.
Position Title
Frontend Engineer / Intern (React Stack)
Focus on
React ecosystem + performance engineering + scalable architecture
Employment Type: Full-time / Internship / Part-time (depending on experience)
Duration: ~1–2 months initial engagement, with extension / long-term collaboration possible
Location: Remote / Negotiable
Job Description
• Rebuild our existing product’s frontend using modern React architecture
• Design clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend systems aligned with long-term product evolution
• Implement robust state management using appropriate patterns/frameworks
• Optimize performance (initial load, bundling/code splitting, SSR/SSG, memory usage, etc.)
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Product teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Maintain engineering best practices (testing, linting, CI, API integration patterns)
Qualifications
Required
• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals and experience with complex SPAs
• Expert proficiency with React; deep understanding of core mechanics
• Proficient with TypeScript and modern tooling (e.g., Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Prettier)
• Familiar with Redux / Zustand or similar state management solutions
• Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, network, browser internals)
• Hands-on experience with source reading, debugging, and performance tuning
• Effective communication, teamwork, and technical English proficiency
Preferred
• Demonstrated architecture capability in scalable and modular systems
• Experience with Tauri / Electron / WebAssembly or cross-platform development
• Experience collaborating in regulated, data-sensitive environments (healthcare, finance, etc.)
• Internship or 3+ years frontend industry experience; strong GitHub portfolio
• Knowledge of secure authentication patterns and data access controls

• Independently drive feature completion under incomplete requirements
• Contribute to UI/UX refinements, performance metrics, and engineering standards
