About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of clinical data intelligence platforms. You will work on TriClick™, our flagship AI platform that powers clinical trial automation.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement machine learning models for clinical data processing
- Build and optimize NLP pipelines for medical document understanding
- Develop AI agents for automated biostatistics workflows
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and domain experts to validate model outputs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CDISC, FDA, HIPAA)
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years experience with modern ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP and large language models
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with clinical data or healthcare domain is a plus
